Central Kentucky Race Management offers a full range of race timing services for any distance including 1 Mile, 5k & 10k races, trail running endurance events, and cycling events. We specialize in all aspects of race organization, race day entertainment, timing, and finish line services.
Whether you are an experienced race director managing a well-established annual event, or a local charity putting together a first-year race, Central Kentucky Race Management is there to advise and provide assistance from event concept and planning to race day timing and results.
Greg joined the team in February 2018. Greg is an accomplished marathon runner as well as a race director for many local charities and his main goal is to see local charities maximize their profits when planning and executing a running event. In his spare time, Greg presides on several community boards such as the American Red Cross, United Way of Central Kentucky, Hardin County Fair, and Elizabethtown Police Foundation just to name a few. Greg is also a Fort Knox "Gold Neighbor" award winner, for his involvement in sharing and supporting the work and mission of our soldiers and their families on Ft Knox.
Greg brings over 25 years of radio broadcasting and marketing experience to the table in helping make our running events entertaining for the runners and beneficial to the event sponsors and charities. Greg is the team lead in race planning and always loves creating fun and unique running events all over the region. If you haver a unique idea, Greg is certainly the one who can make it a reality.
Outside of our regular race calendar, you can hear Greg on the local radio airwaves on KMO Country101.5 in Elizabethtown on weekdays from 10am to 3pm. Greg is also the Community Storyteller for www.kentuckysheartland.com and works full-time for Heartland Communications Consultants, a marketing and PR firm in Elizabethtown Kentucky.
Jeff brings many years of passion and experience to the CKRM Team. Jeff has participated as a crew chief at Badwater 135, Keys 100, Mohican 100, and Spartathlon. In 2017, Jeff founded Central Kentucky Timing Service as an affordable and professional timing service for small, local races. The company has now expanded into race management with co-partner Greg Milby. Jeff is the Technology Lead for our team and is determined to offer a unique and accurate timed event each and every time out.
